Sophie joined Integrity in March 2021 after leaving the UK for work and travel across the USA, UK, and Australia.

Sophie oversees the provision of high-volume blue-collar labour hire to clients in both the WA State Government and commercial sectors.

With a specialisation in blue-collar recruitment since 2013, Sophie holds qualifications in Accountancy and Human Resources Management.
