Integrity Southside has extensive experience in providing consultancy recruitment and human resource services to public sector agencies since 1992, being successful on the last 3 CUA’s. We have well established relationships with clients recruiting single, multiple and pool positions at all levels, in line with public sector guides and timelines.


Our highly experienced Consultants specialise in Recruitment Management and selection services within the Western Australian Public Service, successfully recruiting from Entry Level 1, pool processes for bulk recruitment, through to Chief Executive Officers, Senior Management and Executive Directors. In May 2021 , we were awarded a place on the State Government CUA for Recruitment Management – CUA HRS2021 for Category 3 (Levels 1-8) and Category 4, Executive Recruitment Services, due to our valued experience and commitment to delivering excellent service. THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Our services range from a specific part of the recruitment process through to a complete recruitment solution:


  • Advertising
  • Shortlisting applicants, including identifying necessary qualifications/certificates
  • Contacting applicants for interview including phone and email confirmation
  • Undertaking phone and testing assessments if required
  • Preparation of paperwork for Panel members and applicants
  • Selection panelist/Scribe
  • Writing of Selection report
  • Undertaking and collating reference checks for each suitable applicant
  • Providing feedback for successful and unsuccessful applicants (verbal and written)
