Looking for strong customer service, administration skills; data entry / phones / processing experience.
The Role:
- Customer service and stakeholder support, in person and over the phone
- Data entry and storage in PTA system
- Review and action of appeal documentation and processes in PTA system
- Resolve of appeal documentation by investigating cases with relevant stakeholders, updating applying relevant regulations, issuing, outcomes and/or recommendations
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of documents to comply with PTA’s strict data policies and protocols
