Training Administration Officer

Rate: $49.15p/hr + Super
Commence: ASAP - 3 months with possible extension
To provide administrative and operational support to ensure training programs are delivered efficiently.
Typical duties include:
- Coordinating training schedules and maintaining calendars, bookings, and room/resource allocations.
- Managing enrolments and attendance, including participant registrations, confirmations, and tracking completion.
- Preparing training materials, such as agendas, handouts, learning resources, and digital content.
- Maintaining training records and databases, ensuring accuracy for compliance, auditing, and reporting.
- Supporting trainers and participants by handling enquiries, providing course information, and assisting on event days.
- Processing invoices and training-related expenses and supporting procurement of training services.
- Generating reports, dashboards, and documentation to support capability development activities.
- Coordinating logistics for in‑person and online training, including technology setup, catering, and venue arrangements.
