We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrator / Document Controller to join a small, detail-focused Start-Up team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of extension or permanent opportunity.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys working with documents and processes, and has a strong eye for detail.
About the Role
You will be supporting a small, task-oriented team responsible for reviewing new projects, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant. The team is quiet, focused, and values precision and consistency in their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and format documents using approved templates
- Conduct basic quality control (QC) checks
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure correct version control
- Update and manage documents in shared systems
- Coordinate and manage calendars and scheduling
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in administration or document control
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to follow processes, templates, and instructions closely
- Confident using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Current police clearance is essential
Hours & Location
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Flexible start/finish times (e.g. 7:00am–3:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm)
- Based in Nedlands (Hampden Road)
