This position will support the development and management of contracts, including individual funding plans, policies, and community-based support initiatives. You will play a key role in monitoring contract performance, ensuring compliance, and contributing to reporting and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage low-risk community services contracts, including reviews, variations, and meetings
- Review funding plans and acquittals in line with relevant guidelines
- Prepare briefing notes and assist with project work
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage a shared mailbox and coordinate correspondence
- Undertake administrative tasks including filing, records management, and system updates
- Support procurement activities including tender documentation and evaluation
- Contribute to policy, standards, and process development
- Prepare reports and provide advice as required
About You
- Experience in contract management or program support roles
- Familiarity with TRIM/Content Manager (or ability to quickly learn)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- A current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
