Integrity Executive is seeking an experienced Operational Readiness Lead  to support our clients' delivery of a new Financial Management Information System (FMIS). The role is responsible for ensuring that the organisation is fully prepared to transition to adopt and operate the solution at go‑live and through to Business‑As‑Usual (BAU).

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Operational Readiness Lead will plan, coordinate and deliver all business readiness, change and transition activities required for successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support effective stakeholder engagement across finance and business areas in collaboration with the Project Director and Project Managers.
  • Support process awareness, solution demonstrations and knowledge transfer activities for end users.
  • Coordinate end‑user training, including identification of participant groups and alignment with project milestones.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness, ensuring business participants understand their roles and expectations.
  • Assist in defining the future operating model for the Finance Systems team, including capability and training requirements to support ongoing operations post‑go‑live.

Successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Proven experience delivering change management and operational readiness activities for complex ICT or finance system implementations.
  • Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, communication and change leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation of workshops and delivery of presentations.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and risk management skills.
  • High‑level organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.

Essential Requirements:
  1. Minimum five years’ experience leading change and readiness activities for business process and ICT system projects
  2. Demonstrated experience developing and delivering stakeholder engagement plans.
