Role Description:
This is a predominantly external, on-the-ground role
focused on parking and traffic operations across the QEIIMC campus.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively managing parking bays across the campus
- Providing external wayfinding assistance and directions to staff, patients and visitors
- Undertaking traffic management and responding to incidents as required
- Enforcing QEIIMC By-Laws, including issuing parking infringement notices
- Monitoring campus conditions and identifying hazards or maintenance issues
- Installing and maintaining parking enforcement and traffic management equipment
- Promoting awareness of campus rules and parking requirements
- Working in accordance with safety, quality, legislative and organisational policies
- Completing required reporting and administrative tasks as needed
Essential Requirements:
- Current WA C Class Driver’s Licence
- National Police Clearance dated within the last 6 months
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Proven ability to manage conflict and challenging situations appropriately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in parking operations, traffic management or similar external roles
- Knowledge of traffic and parking By-Laws
- Traffic management certification
