Key Responsibilities
- Minute Taking
— capture accurate minutes, present action items, and distribute follow‑up reports
- Calendar Management
— schedule and coordinate meetings, manage team calendars, and ensure timely communication
- Logistics Support
— assist with logistics tasks and provide reduced‑hours support once workload is up to date
- Document Control
— maintain, update and organise documents and records
- Provide general administrative support to the Incident Management Team
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated ability to take clear, structured minutes and present action items
- Strong follow‑up skills and ability to prepare reports as requested
- Confident booking meetings and managing multiple calendars
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
