Role Description:
• Survey vegetation and water sources for foraging bees
• Conduct field activities including surveillance, destruction, disposal, decontamination, and vector control
• Maintain safety procedures and comply with incident response plans
• Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping, including photographic documentation
• Adhere to biosecurity protocols and site-specific stakeholder inductions
• Maintain resources, safety standards, and report outcomes in line with project requirements
Essential Criteria:
• National Police Clearance (NPC)
• Medical Check
• Current WA Driver's Licence
• Ability to work in remote locations in accordance with FIFO rosters
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of biosecurity or environmental fieldwork (highly regarded)
Additional Information:
• Initial 2-week trial
to assess suitability and performance
• Project currently approved until the end of the calendar year
