Role Description:
- Field Surveillance
– Conduct monitoring activities in remote, rugged areas; includes extended hiking in challenging Pilbara conditions carrying up to 10kg of equipment.
- Teamwork & Communication
– Work collaboratively, follow instructions, and provide regular updates.
- Equipment Use
– Operate and maintain monitoring equipment.
- Safety & Compliance
– Follow safety protocols, attend pre-starts, and perform risk assessments.
Essential Criteria
- WA Drivers Licence
- National Police Clearance dated within the last 6 months
- Willing to attend a pre-employment Medical Clearance
- Remote/First Aid Certificate (desirable)
- Physically capable of extended hiking in harsh terrain
- Strong team player with clear communication skills
- Able to follow procedures and safety guidelines precisely

- Interviews held in Karratha
- Initial two-week trial period including induction
