We are currently looking for Carpenters to work at a Government Facility near the CBD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting maintenance and repairs in accordance with hospital standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues as they present themselves.
- Performing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Australian Trade Papers.
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Proven experience in a maintenance role within a healthcare or similar environment is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with hospital or healthcare facility maintenance.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
