Integrity Industrial is seeking litter and grounds crew to support ongoing and project-based works at a Waste Facility in Tamala Park. These roles involve outdoor site maintenance tasks across bushland, recycling areas, and operational roads. Candidates may work across multiple duties depending on experience and site requirements.
Key Duties
Mondays & Thursdays - $43.18
Litter Picking:
- Establish safe work areas using signage and traffic cones
- Manual collection of wind-blown litter along operational roads (bitumen and limestone tracks) and within bushland
- Use of litter grabbers or golf stick pokers
- Place litter into plastic bags and safely position for collection by site staff
- Large or heavy items handled by two personnel
Tuesdays & Fridays - $46.35
Vetiver Grass Cut Back:
Current (Next 2 Weeks): Vetiver Grass Cut Back
- Cutting tall grass using hedge trimmers
- Raking and removal of vegetation into low-sided metal bins
- Physically demanding, manual labour role
Upcoming Project Work (Following Vetiver Completion – 5–7 Days): Western Evaporation Pond Decommissioning
- Dismantling modular fencing
- Moving pipes and pumps
- Relocating gabions
- Vegetation removal
- Litter removal
Essential Criteria
- Construction White Card
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather and terrain
- Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
PPE Requirements
All personnel must supply and wear:
- Long pants and long-sleeve hi-visibility shirt
- Steel-capped boots
- Hat (preferably wide brim)
- Personal water bottle
