Role Description
- Provide front-line customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate daily camera and operator rosters
- Track and record movement of equipment and vehicles
- Arrange servicing, repairs, and fit-outs for traffic camera vehicles
- Maintain and restock equipment and components
- Ensure accurate data entry in WA Police systems (e.g., IIPS, RMIS)
Essential Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement
- Physical capacity to lift and move bulky equipment (e.g., traffic camera units)
- Valid WA ‘C’ class driver's licence
- Proven problem-solving ability in a technical or operational support setting
- Competent with Microsoft Office (particularly excel) and internal data systems
