We are currently looking for Carpenters to work at a local Council located in Wanneroo.
About You
We are looking for people who can demonstrate a strong background in Carpentry/maintenance roles.
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 06:00am - 15:00pm with 1 RDO each Fortnight
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting maintenance and repairs in accordance with Council standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues.
- Performing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Australian Trade Papers (Carpentry).
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Working at Heights Ticket
- A valid Australian Drivers Licence
- White Card
- The ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
