Integrity Industrial are looking for candidates to support a major biosecurity response project, commencing as soon as possible (mid-March), for a State Government department.
The Role
This is a Casual
Position
working 37.5 hours per week
. Successful candidates will operate in teams of two or more, travel long distances across both metropolitan and regional road networks, conduct surveillance activities, monitor species, and complete accurate data entry of findings.
Key Details:
- Monday – Friday
- 7.30am to 3.30pm and some weekend work may be required
- Location: Claremont
- The role will commence ASAP (mid-March) and will run until the end of 2026
Eligibility
A background in environmental science, conservation, pests and diseases, horticulture, agricultural science, or closely related fields is preferred though not essential.
Applicants must:
• Be comfortable engaging with the public and have strong communication skills
• Work well in a team and adapt to working with different people
• Be confident driving long distances on metro and country roads
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude
Essential Criteria
- Available to work 37.5 hours per week.
- WA Drivers Licence (International Drivers Licences will not be accepted)
- National Police Clearance dated within the last 6 months.
