Rate: $45p/hr + Super
Location:
Canning Vale (Parking available)
Commence: ASAP - end July with possible extension.
Important:
Must be available 10am - 6pm. Phone lines must be covered at all times during this window.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming public phone enquiries in a clear and professional manner
- Log service requests, issues, and complaints accurately
- Assess, prioritise, and allocate jobs based on urgency and workflow
- Schedule daily field tasks and coordinate with team members
- Update schedules and job statuses as required throughout the day
Additional Requirements
- Clear, confident, and professional phone manner
- Strong ability to record, track, and prioritise incoming requests
- Basic scheduling and coordination skills
- Effective communication and active listening abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks
You will ideally have a background in customer service, sales support, reception, or a call centre.
