Administrative Support (90%)
- Provides administrative support and business services for the Client.
- Responds to enquiries regarding administrative processes and procedures.
- Monitors and restocks office supplies, equipment, and maintenance services.
- Assists with purchasing and procurement of goods and services.
- Administers physical assets, accommodation, and building equipment, including asset purchase and disposal.
- Checks and processes invoices for payment.
- Collects company vehicle data and prepares reports for Client.
- Maintains the Employee Register and Facilities Manual.
- Supports employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manages incoming mail correspondence and the People email inbox.
- Reports building issues to property management and monitors resolutions.
- Liaises with Client's Corporate Services on administrative systems and processes.
- Collaborates with team members and provides support as required.
Occupational Safety and Health (5%)
- Provides WHS induction training.
- Coordinates ergonomic assessments.
- Organises fire warden and first aid officer training.
Other Duties (5%)
- Ensures compliance with information security policies and procedures.
- Maintains confidentiality and accuracy of information systems and records.
- Demonstrates high ethical standards in line with the agency’s Code of Conduct.
- Reports wrongdoing where required.
