Senior Control and Programs Officer
This position is responsible for projects, programs and reporting activities to support the delivery of departmental programs, outcomes and strategic projects, within established legislative, policy and governance frameworks. The role undertakes research and analysis, monitors program performance, prepares high quality briefs and reports, and provides advice and guidance to stakeholders while supporting initiatives across the Department's portfolio.

· Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management with the demonstrated ability to support a shared sense of purpose and in the delivery of program and project outcomes and key objectives.
· Demonstrated good written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders.
· Demonstrated ability to set work objectives and take responsibility for the overall delivery of outcomes and objectives.
· Proven ability to be flexible and adaptable in meeting evolving business needs and taking responsibility for delivering key business unit objectives.
