All positions sit within our Customer Services team and are responsible for supporting our players with a range of enquiries.
- Retailer Customer Services Officer
: In addition to supporting our players, this role has a strong focus on assisting our retailer network, including support with syndicate-related activities and queries.
- Customer Contact Officers (x2)
: These roles will primarily focus on supporting our players through a membership management program, helping with account enquiries, updates, and general support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone and email
- Assist customers with account, membership, and general enquiries
- Troubleshoot and guide customers through basic technical issues
- Accurately navigate and update multiple internal systems
- Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ensure all interactions meet service standards and compliance requirements
We’re looking for individuals who bring:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Confidence navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to assist customers with technology-related queries
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for helping others
