  • 2 x Customer Contact Officers

We’re looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Services team. In these roles, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional support to our customers via phone and email, ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful, and efficient.
All positions sit within our Customer Services team and are responsible for supporting our players with a range of enquiries.

  • Retailer Customer Services Officer : In addition to supporting our players, this role has a strong focus on assisting our retailer network, including support with syndicate-related activities and queries.

  • Customer Contact Officers (x2) : These roles will primarily focus on supporting our players through a membership management program, helping with account enquiries, updates, and general support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone and email
  • Assist customers with account, membership, and general enquiries
  • Troubleshoot and guide customers through basic technical issues
  • Accurately navigate and update multiple internal systems
  • Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ensure all interactions meet service standards and compliance requirements


We’re looking for individuals who bring:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence navigating multiple systems simultaneously
  • Ability to assist customers with technology-related queries
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for helping others
