Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate PRIS readiness activities, including tracking progress and assisting with updates to OIM, the Corporate Management Committee and the Office of Digital Government.
- Support the development of PRIS implementation materials, including templates, guidance documents, intranet content, collection notices and privacy statements.
- Coordinate, schedule and track PRIS awareness activities and training (e-learning, FAQs, communications).
- Assist in developing internal procedures for handling and tracking PRIS requests, complaints and breaches.
- Prepare draft communications and briefings as required summarising PRIS requirements, project progress, guidance updates and other implementation related matters for review by the Information Release and Privacy Coordinator.
- Undertake other duties related to PRIS implementation as required.
Skills Required
Essential:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Well-developed written communication skills, with experience preparing clear and concise documents.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately maintain registers, records, and project documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a small team, including staff across multiple business areas.
- Ability to research, analyse and summarise information effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Planner.
Desirable:
- Experience working in information management, privacy, governance, compliance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act or similar privacy/information sharing legislation.
