  • Flex hours between 7 - 5 each day (7.5hrs day)
  • $57 + Super hour

  • Role to be advertised / potential to extend and apply for more permanent position
  • Must have PR / Citizenship
  • Experience with TechOne financials would be highly advantageous but not essential.

This role provides support and advice across the procurement and management of ICT equipment, services, and contracts.

It is responsible for preparing and administering contract documentation, maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance activities, and assisting with procurement planning and ICT finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare contract documentation including requests for quote, tenders, and supporting materials in line with public sector and organisational standards.
  • Maintain contract records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Support contract management frameworks for ICT agreements.
  • Assist with reporting and compliance , including KPI monitoring and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to support procurement processes and forward planning.
  • Process procurement transactions including requisitions, purchase orders and invoice receipting.
  • Provide administrative support to monitor contract expenditure and invoicing.
  • Comply with legislative requirements including Work Health and Safety and Equal Opportunity standards.


Essential Requirements:

  • Experience preparing contract documentation (RFQs, tenders) and administering contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and discrepancies in contract or financial data.
  • Proficient administrative and recordkeeping skills .
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail and reliable time management.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to adapt to different audiences and build productive relationships.
  • National police clearance within 6 months old
  • PR / Citizenship


Desirable:

  • Understanding of government procurement policies and procedures.
