Policy Document Migration Officer

Commence: Asap - 4 weeks (possible extension)

Rate: $49.15p/hr + Super

Location: 140 William Street, Perth CBD

The successful candidate will be undertaking the migration of publicly available policy documents on our clients government website in PDF form to provided word templates, undertaking minor administrative amendments to document content (specifically updating outdated agency names and reference document names) as required, and recording agreed document structure, formatting, and policy wording conventions identified through the migration process.

Required:

Strong word processing and document formatting skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, including use of templates, styles, headings, tables, and document consistency.
High level of attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct minor administrative issues.
Sound written communication skills, including the ability to make minor, non‑substantive edits while preserving the intent of policy content
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite and basic use of Adobe PDF tools
Ability to document processes clearly, including capturing and describing a standardised approach for future document drafting
Good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage repetitive tasks and meet agreed timeframes
Ability to work independently while following instructions and established procedures.
Basic understanding of document control, versioning, or records management practices

Desirable:

Familiarity with government policy documents or administrative documentation.
