- Respond toenquiries and service requests from residents, businesses, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and CRM systems.
- Process customer requests such as deliveries, repairs, replacements, bulk verge collections, illegal dumping reports, and assisted waste services.
- Resolve customer enquiries at first point of contact where possible and escalate complex issues when required.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document processing, correspondence, and record management.
- Maintain accurate information in databases, registers, and business systems to support service delivery and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with contractors, operational staff, and other stakeholders to ensure
- services are delivered efficiently and customer issues are resolved promptly.
