Administration Officer – West Perth
6-Week Assignment
Location: West Perth, WA

Position Summary
  • 6-week full-time assignment
  • 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to provide operational and administrative support within a busy office environment. This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting senior leaders and broader business operations.

About the Role
As an Administration Officer, you will provide comprehensive operational support while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You will work closely with senior management and internal stakeholders, assisting with financial administration, workforce coordination, and general office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices, reconcile corporate credit cards, monitor expenditure, and assist with budget administration.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, facilities management, records management, and correspondence tracking.
  • Support recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews, onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining workforce registers and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and provide telephone reception and general administrative support.
  • Assist with service-wide administrative functions and operational projects.
  • Maintain accurate records using electronic records management systems.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience in a busy administration or operations support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Well-developed organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel and SharePoint.
  • Experience using electronic records management systems, such as Content Manager, will be highly regarded.
Requirements
  • Current National Police Clearance (essential).
  • Full-time availability for the duration of the 6-week assignment.
