Accounts Payable Officer – Perth CBD
Full-Time Assignment
Location: Perth CBD

Position Summary
  • Full-time assignment based in Perth CBD
  • $40 to $42+ super per hour
  • Repetitive, high-volume processing role with KPI targets

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Accounts Payable Officer to join a busy finance operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys repetitive, process-driven work, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a high-volume environment where meeting KPIs is important.
No previous Accounts Payable experience is required. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow established processes accurately.

About the Role
Working within a finance operations team, you will provide transactional financial support, ensuring financial documents are processed accurately and within required timeframes. You will contribute to the efficient delivery of finance services while maintaining a high level of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process high volumes of financial transactions in accordance with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
  • Meet daily and monthly processing KPIs and turnaround timeframes.
  • Perform high-volume reconciliations to ensure accuracy and quality control.
  • Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and payment queries.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to resolve finance-related enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support efficient finance operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Perform other administrative and finance-related duties as required.
