We’re seeking confident, customer‑focused staff to assist members of the public with applications for the Government Fuel Support Payment.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong face‑to‑face retail experience and a friendly, helpful approach.

  • Location: Various sites (Success, Mirrabooka, Mandurah)
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm
  • Start ASAP for 3 months + possible extensions
  • $50 + Super hour
What you’ll do:

  • Provide front‑line customer service to walk‑in clients
  • Assist customers to complete Fuel Support Payment applications
  • Offer clear guidance, support and troubleshooting
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming presence throughout the day

What you’ll bring:

  • Retail or service‑based experience with heavy face‑to‑face interaction
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, public‑facing environment

Additional requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for most of the day
  • Reliable Monday–Friday availability, 8:30am–4:30pm
  • National police clearance within 6 months old
