Scope of Services – HR Project Support
The resource will provide project support across two key priority areas:
1. Recruitment Reform (WA Public Sector)
Support the HR Manager in the implementation of new Commissioner’s Instructions (effective 1 July 2026)
and transition away from the current Recruitment Advertising Management System (RAMS).
Key activities include:
- Assisting with review and update of recruitment policies, procedures, and templates to align with new legislative requirements
- Supporting process redesign and documentation uplift, including end-to-end recruitment workflows
- Coordinating internal communications and stakeholder engagement (e.g. EMT, managers, HR team)
- Supporting system-related activities, including requirements gathering and documentation for future CMS solutions
- Assisting with implementation planning and tracking milestones/deliverables
2. WA Public Sector Skills Academy Implementation
Support organisational readiness and rollout of the Skills Academy initiative.
Key activities include:
- Coordinating internal engagement and nominations for Skills Academy courses
- Supporting communication materials and guidance for staff and managers
- Assisting with tracking participation, reporting, and data management
- Developing and maintaining supporting documentation, templates, and process guides
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with Commissioner’s Instructions and agency priorities

- Updated HR documentation (procedures, templates, guides)
- Project tracking tools and status reporting
- Communication materials and stakeholder engagement support
- Data tracking and reporting outputs (Skills Academy participation)
