  • Clerical Duties (Appointments)
  • Reception duties
  • Medical Records duties
  • Customer Service duties
  • Coordinates the daily operations of the Medical Records area and other areas required.
  • Adhoc administration duties
  • Creates, maintains, transfers and archives client records as required.
  • Maintains the appointment booking system, appointments, client registrations and attendance records.
  • Monitors data entry to the Service Information Management System database.
  • Completes duties required to ensure efficient running of reception services, including operating switch board, and greeting clients.
  • Uses the Service Information Management System database and Excel to provide reports for the service. 
**The ideal candidate will be used to working in a busy environment, is a quick learner, and is capable of handling phonecalls and directing them accordingly.
