Our State Government client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Investment Planning Support Officer
to join their team on a temporary assignment.
- Hourly Rate: Between $50 and $50 per hour
- Start Date: 24 th of August
- Assignment Length: 6 months
- Location: East Perth
All of our roles are temporary assignments and the hourly rates quoted include a 25% casual loading in lieu of leave entitlements.
In this role as a Insfrastructure Investment Planning Support Officer, you will provides administrative and project support for regional road investment planning and transport portfolio investment processes. Assists with the maintenance of records, data, templates and documentation relating to budget submissions, portfolio investment coordination, project readiness and investment governance.
Key Duties :
Project Activities
- Provides administrative support for investment planning activities, including the 10 Year Unfunded Investment Program, Investment Readiness Funding program and priority project pipeline.
- Assists with collecting and maintaining regional project information, including scope, cost, readiness, priority and supporting documentation.
- Supports the preparation of budget submission material, business case inputs, project proposal reports and portfolio planning documents.
- Maintains project information in spreadsheets, and shared program folders under direction.
- Assists with checking data completeness, formatting documents and updating templates for review by senior officers.
- Supports the organisation of meetings, workshops and follow-up actions relating to portfolio investment planning.
Corporate Communications and Reporting
- Assists with collating project and portfolio information for internal reporting, committee papers, briefing material and funding submissions.
- Updates registers, spreadsheets and tracking tools to support monitoring of project deliverables and deadlines.
- Maintains accurate records of correspondence, decisions, actions and supporting documentation.
- Assists with document formatting, version control and recordkeeping to support committee and audit requirements.
Stakeholder Relationships
- Supports communication with regional teams and internal stakeholders by coordinating meeting arrangements, action items and information requests.
- Builds effective working relationships with team members, regional contacts and relevant internal branches.
- Assists with preparing presentation material, meeting packs and stakeholder updates where required.
- Participates in relevant meetings and working groups to provide administrative and coordination support.
Onboarding Requirements:
To be successful, you will be required to undergo two professional reference checks, provide a National Police Clearance (no older than 3 months), and comply with departmental onboarding processes.
