We’re seeking a proactive Program Support Officer to join a high‑performing government team delivering grant programs under the New Industries and Innovation Fund. This role is ideal for someone with strong admin capability, attention to detail, and confidence working across multiple projects.
  • Program delivery support — assist senior team members with day‑to‑day delivery of grant programs
  • Drafting reports at key program milestones
  • Payment processing — prepare and record payments, ensure accuracy across funding rounds
  • General administration including checking historical payment records and maintaining documentation
  • Project coordination — support project plans, data management and record‑keeping
  • Research and analysis to support program evaluation
  • Ecosystem scanning to monitor policy and program performance
  • Communication support — assist with drafting materials and simple comms
  • Stakeholder liaison with internal teams and external agencies
  • Team collaboration across multiple workstreams

You will have:

  • Strong administrative capability and confidence with data accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced government environment
  • Good written communication skills
  • Ability to follow structured processes and maintain high attention to detail
  • A collaborative, reliable team member
