The primary responsibilities of this role include managing the department's telephone and email enquiries, coordinating the onboarding and offboarding of medical practitioners, and providing administrative support across the Medical Workforce team.
Recruitment and selection, appointments, contract management, onboarding and offboarding, cessations, rostering, payroll, leave management, compliance activities, and the credentialing of Senior Medical Practitioners.
The candidate will undertake a range of administrative functions, including:
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and databases.
- Filing and managing electronic records, emails and documentation.
- Assisting with compliance checks and monitoring mandatory requirements.
- Providing general administrative support to the team as required.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
