Key Responsibilities
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets, charts and tables using Microsoft Office.
- Manage telephone, visitor and stakeholder enquiries.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support.
- Manage correspondence, draft routine responses and prepare basic reports.
- Monitor workflows and ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up actions.
- Maintain databases, records and electronic filing systems.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, meetings and events.
- Manage office equipment, stationery, assets and minor purchases.
- Support professional learning events, workshops and issue resolution.
- Assist with purchasing, invoices, credit card reconciliation and expenditure monitoring.
- Work collaboratively across teams and business units to support service delivery.
- Engage professionally and respectfully with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Selection Criteria
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Word, Excel, databases and electronic records management.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer-service focus.
- Experience with purchasing, accounts processing and monitoring expenditure.
- Strong organisation, initiative and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
