This role supports the development and delivery of brand and marketing activity across a wide range of campaigns and creative projects.

You’ll help maintain brand consistency, coordinate marketing programs, manage project timelines and budgets, and work closely with internal teams, suppliers and industry stakeholders.

  • Support brand strategy — maintain brand guidelines, style assets and ensure consistent brand governance.
  • Assist campaign development — help shape creative concepts, channel plans and media plans across multiple markets.
  • Coordinate digital marketing — support delivery of paid search, paid social, retargeting and data‑driven media activity.
  • Prepare project plans — draft timelines, briefs, budgets and organise meetings and documentation.
  • Track budgets — monitor spend, process documents and support financial administration.
  • Support contract management — assist with supplier contracts, governance, service delivery and value‑for‑money checks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders — work with internal teams, regional partners and industry operators.
  • Assist event marketing — help promote events as key drivers of visitation.
  • Contribute to performance reporting — support delivery of campaign insights and optimisation.
  • Support team operations — assist with operating budgets and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
  • Identify marketing risks — help assess and manage risks related to paid marketing activity.

Requirements:


  • 3-4 years professional workplace experience in a marketing role
  • Preferable: Experience in campaign and brand management
  • NPC within 6 months old
  • PR / No visa restrictions as this role goes until mid next year


  • Knowledge of marketing campaigns — understanding how to plan, implement and report on marketing activity.
  • Relationship‑building skills — ability to work effectively with media, creative and marketing service providers.
  • Contract management capability — experience supporting supplier contracts, governance and value‑for‑money processes.
  • Project coordination skills — ability to manage timelines, briefs, budgets and documentation.
  • Digital marketing familiarity — understanding of paid search, paid social, retargeting and content delivery.
  • Strong communication — clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail — ensuring brand consistency, accurate documentation and quality control.
  • Collaborative mindset — ability to contribute positively to team culture and shared outcomes.
  • Problem‑solving — identifying issues early and applying procedures to resolve them.
  • Adaptability — willingness to learn, adjust and apply new approaches.
