at William Street, Perth.
The suggested pay rate is between $79.66 (L6.1) & $87.79 (L6.4)
an hour plus super.
All of our roles are temporary assignments through Integrity and the hourly rates quoted include a 25% casual loading in lieu of leave entitlements.
We can represent you at you preferred rate.
Dispute Resolution Case Manager (L6)
Role Overview:
As a part of the Dispute Resolution team, the Case Manager will assist small business clients in resolving disputes affecting their business, including retail and commercial leasing disputes, unfair market practices, good and services disputes and business-to-government disputes. The Case Manager will provide general advice to each party to the dispute, facilitate discussions between them, and recommend external legal advice and/or mediation as required. The Case Manager will also assist with requests for assistance with disputes under the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Agreements Act 1985 (WA) and provide the Small Business Commissioner with advice in regards to those disputes.
Business Advisor (L6)
To assist people to establish, expand or improve their small businesses through the provision of enterprise development services with the objective of creating sustainable businesses which create jobs and contribute to economic growth in Western Australia.
Business Advisers do not need to have dispute experience or an understanding of the WA Commercial Tenancy Act. We would be looking at someone with a commercial understanding of business, ideally with some experience running their own business or at least managing one themselves.
This is an ideal role for someone with no government background to get some experience.
Onboarding Requirements:
To be successful, you will be required to undergo two professional reference checks, provide a National Police Clearance (no older than 3 months) and comply with departmental onboarding processes.
