Our client is a busy clinical trial not-for-profit based in Nedlands.
They are seeking a confident and people‑focused Participant Experience Officer
to join the team.
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential participants, engaging with them daily over the phone in a supportive, professional, and structured environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong contact‑centre experience who enjoys meaningful conversations, consistent workflows, and being part of a stable, long‑term team.
What You’ll Do
- Make 30–50 outbound and inbound calls per day
to engage potential participants.
- Build rapport quickly and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Record accurate information and follow established processes.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment.
Working Arrangements
- Monday to Friday
- Shifts: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- WFH
available once settled into the role
What We’re Looking For
- Strong contact centre/call centre experience
- Confidence and comfort speaking on the phone all day
- Reliable, professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently once trained
- Team‑oriented mindset
