Our client is conducting a payroll audit and needs people are quick to learn systems, have great attention to detail and have some experience processing invoices / payroll / data analysis / financial and accounts background.

  • Start ASAP once clearances come back from client - this can take about 2 weeks
  • Through until January 2027
  • Fremantle location (no parking provided but close to paid parking and train)
  • $49.15 - $55.23p/hr + Super (Dependant on experience)
  • Full time office hours (NO WFH)
  • 5 days week, full time
  • State Government Department
Essential Requirements:

  • National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months

  • Full‑time availability for 5 days per week, standard office hours (7.5 hours per day)

  • Administration experience including data entry, payroll, and/or processing tasks such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

  • Attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in high‑volume or compliance‑driven work

  • Teamwork capability and experience working within an administrative team environment
