330. Integrity Staffing - Finance Systems Officer

Responsibilities:

  FINANCIAL SYSTEMS SUPPORT & TRAINING

 

1.      Maintains system application user accounts

User log-on assistance, setting up of new user accounts and disabling accounts in accordance with the SVS report / Departure checklist and system user audits.

2.      Maintains details of system database user accounts.

3.      Provides analysis and support to system users to solve financial transaction queries.

4.      Assists with delivery of system training.

5.      Tests system changes, ensuring that system modifications have been correctly implemented.

6.      Coordinates the financial system user audit bi-annually.

 

SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION

 

7.      Assists with maintaining system documentation, training documentation and user manuals.

8.      Maintains the Finance Branch intranet content, ensuring that it is up-to-date and in accordance with department guidelines.

 

REPORTS

 

9.      Runs the Pay to General Ledger monthly reconciliation reports, investigates/resolves errors and ensures that reports are endorsed accordingly.

 

10.   Runs reports and publishes them to the Finance Branch intranet as required.

 

 

OTHER

 

11. Participates in fire management activities that contribute to bushfire suppression and prescribed burning operations commensurate with capability, capacity, training and level of experience.

 

12. Undertakes other duties as directed.
