Duties:
- Processing invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Managing prisoners’ payments.
- Processing accused costs and related financial transactions.
- Responding to stakeholder enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
- Managing competing priorities and meeting required deadlines.
- Assisting with the prevention of processing backlogs and payment delays.
About you:
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in finance, accounts or financial administration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A professional and reliable approach to work.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
