What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and reaching out to candidates via LinkedIn, Talent Search and SEEK.
- Shortlisting and submitting candidates to State Government clients
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Daily admin: formatting resumes, onboarding candidates in FastTrack, reference checks.
- Switching between tasks quickly in a busy, loud, high‑energy office.
- Working closely with your team to deliver fast, accurate recruitment outcomes.
About you:
You don’t
need recruitment experience — we can train that.
You do
need strong people skills and solid admin capability.
- Customer service, admin or HR admin background
- Confident communicator with great relationship skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Quick learner who can pick up new systems
- Enjoys a lively, boisterous office environment
- You’ll work closely with a tight team of three Consultants, so being a team player
who’s happy to jump in and help is essential.
Hours & Flexibility
We work either an early or late shift;
- 7:00am – 3:30pm
- 8:30am – 5:00pm
Once you’re confident in the role, you can access 1 WFH day per week
(aligned to team roster).

Requirements:
- NPC within 6 months
- Permanent working rights
- Customer service / administration / client‑facing experience
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office + ability to learn FastTrack)
- 2 x work related references
