Duties
- Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Executive Director and Executive Manager
- Coordinate diary appointments, meetings, schedules and competing priorities
- Manage and prioritise incoming correspondence, including confidential and sensitive matters
- Prepare professional correspondence, briefing notes, reports and background papers
- Coordinate meeting papers, file notes and supporting documentation
- Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries
- Maintain accurate correspondence, filing and document tracking systems
- Undertake research and information searches to support issues and projects
- Liaise professionally with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Anticipate upcoming requirements and ensure the Executive Director is prepared for meetings and commitments
- Provide support with special projects and broader team priorities as required
About You
- Strong executive or senior administration experience
- Excellent organisation and diary management skills
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and adapt quickly
- Strong written communication and document preparation skills
- Confident handling sensitive and confidential information
- Sound judgement, initiative and attention to detail
- Professional and diplomatic stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
