Function :
Fleet Support
●       Support the Fleet Coordinator in managing the light vehicle fleet pool (652 vehicles).
●       Assist with the procurement, maintenance, servicing, repair, replacement, and return of fleet vehicles.
●       Provide operational support to the Light Vehicle Fleet Coordinator on fleet management matters as required.
●       Administer the Uber for Business account, including user setup, enquiries, and support.
●       Perform data entry of vehicle log sheets for FBT (Fringe Benefits Tax) purposes.
●       Review and follow up on vehicle log sheets to ensure compliance with ATO regulations.
●       Maintain and update the light vehicle fleet database.
●       Assist with fleet reporting and data analysis.
●       Act as the System Administrator for the Poolcar booking system.
●       Coordinate vehicle insurance claims with RiskCover.
●       Respond to internal and external fleet-related inquiries via email, Teams, and in person.
●       Perform general administrative duties to support fleet operations.
●       Provide relief support to the Vehicle Pool Attendant, including:
o   Coordinating car washing, servicing, and repairs.
o   Issuing taxi vouchers
o   Conducting monthly checklists for DAC pool cars
o   Processing vehicle infringements


ESSENTIAL:
●    Accurate data entry skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain.
●    Experience in light vehicle fleet management, with demonstrated experience in vehicle coordination, servicing and compliance tasks.
●    Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
DESIRABLE:
Possession of a current Western Australia 'C' Class (car) motor vehicle drivers' licence or an approved equivalent
