Our client is seeking an experienced
Procurement & Contracts Advisor
to join their team on a temporary assignment.
- Hourly Rate: Between $56 and $65 per hour plus super
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: 2 months (possible extension)
- Location: South Perth
All of our roles are temporary assignments and the hourly rates quoted include a 25% casual loading in lieu of leave entitlements.
In this role as a
Procurement & Contracts Advisor
, you will
provide a high standard of direction and specialist advice to employees on a range of procurement, contractual and purchasing issues related to the acquisition of goods and services
Experience required :
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Procurement and Contracting, Commerce or a related field) and/or relevant industry experience.
- High level of time management and organisational skills including the ability to meet deadlines, prioritise complex and demanding workloads and achieve objectives while undertaking a number of tasks concurrently.
- Commitment to excellence in customer service, with demonstrated consultancy and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement as it relates to competitive tendering, expressions of interest, quotations and contract management.
Candidates must also meet the capabilities outlined in the attached JDF.
Onboarding Requirements:
To be successful, you will be required to undergo two professional reference checks, provide a National Police Clearance (no older than 3 months), and comply with departmental onboarding processes.
