Due to ongoing growth, they are continuously seeking talented individuals to join their team in a range of participant‑facing and project coordination roles.

  • Location: Nedlands
  • Rate: $38–$40 per hour + super / $70-90K with benefits associated with NFP
  • Hours: Full‑time, Monday–Friday (Some WFH up to 2 days per week - once trained/independent depending on role)
  • Length: 3–12 months depending on role, with highly likely extensions or permanency

Participant Booking & Engagement (Clinical Trials Booking Officer)

Ideal for candidates with strong customer service experience and a warm, confident phone manner.

You will:
  • Call applicants who have expressed interest in clinical trials
  • Explain study processes and answer questions
  • Conduct basic eligibility checks
  • Book participants into screening appointments
  • Manage high‑volume outbound calling and accurate data entry

Perfect for WHV candidates, graduates, or those with medical, pharmacy, science or customer service backgrounds .
 
Screening Coordinator – Clinical Trials
A great fit for candidates with health, science, or medical admin experience.

You will:
  • Receive and manage participant referrals
  • Request and track medical documentation (pathology, imaging, etc.)
  • Conduct initial eligibility reviews
  • Maintain confidential participant records and screening trackers
  • Coordinate screening and pre‑screening appointments
  • Support documentation upload and quality control

This is a non‑clinical role requiring strong organisation, accuracy, and communication.
 
Project Lead – Early Phase Clinical Trials
Suited to candidates with 2–3 years’ clinical trials or research experience who are ready to step into a leadership role.

You will:
  • Lead project planning and delivery
  • Act as the primary contact for sponsors and monitors
  • Support ethics submissions and governance processes
  • Oversee monitoring visits and manage follow‑up actions
  • Track timelines, risks, and budgets
  • Coach and support team members
