Screening Coordinator – Clinical Trials
A great fit for candidates with health, science, or medical admin experience.
You will:
- Receive and manage participant referrals
- Request and track medical documentation (pathology, imaging, etc.)
- Conduct initial eligibility reviews
- Maintain confidential participant records and screening trackers
- Coordinate screening and pre‑screening appointments
- Support documentation upload and quality control
This is a non‑clinical role
requiring strong organisation, accuracy, and communication.
Project Lead – Early Phase Clinical Trials
Suited to candidates with 2–3 years’ clinical trials or research experience
who are ready to step into a leadership role.
You will:
- Lead project planning and delivery
- Act as the primary contact for sponsors and monitors
- Support ethics submissions and governance processes
- Oversee monitoring visits and manage follow‑up actions
- Track timelines, risks, and budgets
- Coach and support team members
