Customer Service Officer

- Rate: $50.87p/hr + Super
- Location: 140 William Street, CBD
- Fulltime: Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (30 min lunch break)
- NPC: Less than 6 months old.
Required Skills/ Knowledge:
- Customer Service, using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook
- Confident website navigation,
- Must be a critical thinker
- Proven ability to locate information and relay to customer to resolve customer enquiries.
- Customer centric minded,
- Ability to work autonomously but also be a team player,
- SharePoint navigation,
- Effective communicator.
