- Role: Senior Environmental Officer
- Contract Type: Temporary Contract, via agency
- Start Date: As soon as available – potential for working from home one day per week once suitable settling in period completed
- Duration : 6 months (with the possibility for extension)
- Pay rate : $85.45 (Specified Calling L3) per hour(plus super) paid weekly via Integrity
Role Overview
- The Senior Environmental Officer undertakes environmental assessments of detailed and/or complex petroleum, geothermal and/or pipeline proposals.
- This role also provides high level specialist/technical advice to the department's Executive, petroleum and energy sectors, general public and industry organisations in relation to environmental legislation and policies.
