We have a role as a Technical Project Officer through Integrity Executive for a State Government health organisation
 
This role falls under their Facilities Management and Infrastructure division
 
  • 2 month contract with possible extension
  • Working hours – 7.5 hours per day (1/2 unpaid lunch break) – 37.5 hours per week.
  • Option for 1 day per week work from home
  • Based in Perth CBD
  • Suggested Hourly rate $ 59.53 (Level G5.1) per hour plus super
 
All of our assignments are temporary contracts through Integrity Executive and the hourly rates quoted include a 25% casual loading in lieu of leave entitlements. While the initial duration of this role is defined, there is a potential opportunity for extension
 
Your responsibilities will include providing project design, documentation, and coordination services to the Infrastructure team. You will also provide project support as required.
 
Candidates are required to possess the skills and competencies outlined below
If successful you will need to provide a National Police Clearance (no older than 3 months).

 Qualification and Experience Required

Essential Selection Criteria

1.   Demonstrated experience in supporting projects, including planning, reporting and management.
2.   Diploma, or Advanced Certificate in architecture or building services related field, or equivalent
knowledge and application of computer aided drafting.
3.   Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to engage and interact with a range of stakeholders.
4.   Advanced organisational skills, including ability to plan and to manage timelines.
5.   Ability to work constructively in a team with minimal supervision and contribute to the achievement of team goals, including an ability to be adaptable and flexible.
6.   Strong customer service focus and a commitment to continuous improvement.
 
Desirable Selection Criteria

1.   Knowledge of building services testing, documentation, commissioning and/ or contractual procedures related to minor building works projects.
2.   Demonstrated ability in design work involving all facets of building services including interior decor, space planning, mechanical services, hydraulics, fire services, air-conditioning, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic controls.
3.   Knowledge of hospital or healthcare environments.
