500. Integrity Staffing- CRM Admistrator

The CRM/Ticketing System Administrator works to oversee the development, management, analytics, system administration and optimisation of CRM/ticketing and related systems 

Tessitura Implementation and Upgrades

·        Manage Tessitura upgrades, hotfixes and database developments.

·        Manage data integrity and hygiene and ensure standards are maintained.

·        Management, maintenance and support of any integrations/intersections of other business applications with Tessitura (e.g. website, Finance systems, email platforms) and set up any new integrations as required.

·        Provide systems support, training and system access management for users.

Strategic Database Management

·        Oversee the health and functionality of the database to support CRM and ticketing functions, including establishment of data entry protocols, maintenance of mailing lists, and management data imports to support delivery of the Museum’s ticketing and membership strategy.

Strategic Database Management

·        Oversee the health and functionality of the database to support CRM and ticketing functions, including establishment of data entry protocols, maintenance of mailing lists, and management data imports to support delivery of the Museum’s ticketing and membership strategy.

·        Maintain quality control of the highly critical and sensitive ticketing and customer relationship system following best practice and adhering to legal and legislative requirements.

·        Staff training for internal Tessitura users, with a focus on all functionalities of Tessitura for ticketing, membership, marketing, reporting and Tessitura Analytics to achieve organisation-wide adoption of data standards and best practices.

·        Management of the Launch exhibition Invites & Lists.

·        Creation and integration of invitation and RSVP tracking between the marketing platform and the CRM system.

Required experience and knowledge

·        Minimum 2 years’ experience in CRM or ticketing platform at an advanced, preferably administrator level. Tessitura experience is highly regarded.

·        Demonstrated experience in configuring and troubleshooting CRM/ticketing platforms, creating reports and providing data insights using analytics tools.

·        MS SQL Server or other SQL RDBMS database experience.

·        Ability to understand key requirements and create solutions for key business and operating processes.

·        Ability to analyse and suggest continuous improvement around data management and reporting.

·        Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

·        Ability to perform with a high-level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity with the ability to safeguard confidential information.

·        High level of computing skills.

·        Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at once.

·        Ability to maintain meticulous oversight of database integrity.

·        Demonstrated ability to achieve goals through influencing and coordinating inter-departmental work.

·        Team player who builds and maintains good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

·        Automation / Flow knowledge in relation to marketing systems. Prospect2 experience is highly regarded.

·        Working knowledge of web technologies / languages including HTML, JavaScript, and Razor
