for casual, potential temp-to-perm roles

Job Details
- Leading Hand positions located in Wanneroo
- Casual, ongoing assignment, temp to perm opportunities
- Monday - Friday 06:00am - 15:00pm with 1 RDO each fortnight
- $43.70 Per Hour + Super
Role Description
- Road construction and maintenance tasks including concreting, pothole repair, trench digging, and pipelaying
- Installation of signage and guard rails; verge care and general site clean-up
- Coastal Work, footpath work, drainage
- Operation of small plant and equipment (e.g., excavators, bobcats)
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in civil construction or road works including concreting, pipelaying and drainage
- Minimum MR Class WA Driver’s Licence (HR and higher very desirable)
- Full Working Rights in Australia
- Construction induction White Card
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months) or willingness to obtain
- The ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening
- Familiarity with civil construction tools and machinery
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor manual labour
- Strong team player who can follow instructions
Desirable Skills & tickets:
- Experience operating bobcats and excavators
- Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM) or other traffic management accreditations
