This role has become available to staff transfers and progression.

  • Manages and coordinates the recording and accuracy of contracts including facilities,
fleet, accommodation and procurement

  • In consultation with relevant stakeholders, develops semi complex to high-risk
contracts including the formation of contracts, tender/quotation documentation and
evaluation.

  • The provision of administrative services to the business

  • Manages and coordinates asset management activities

Contracts

• Provides a consultancy service with solution based advice to OAG managers, employees and
external providers for contracts preparation for the purchase of supplies and services
• Maintains an accurate database of all OAG procurement contracts, and ensures appropriate record
keeping and accessibility of contract material
• Monitors and maintains OAG’s contract compliance with internal and external policies and guidelines
• Reports on details and/or status of OAG contracts as required.

Procurement

• Investigates, researches, advises and supports operational units in innovative procurement and
competitive tendering, including specification preparation and approval of purchase orders
• Oversees the matching, signing and certification of purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices
prior to payment

Facilities

• Manages office facilities and initiates approved improvements to the office premises, furniture,
equipment, services and other facilities
• Liaises and resolves issues with the Fleet Manager and Building Manager in relation to vehicles,
building services and facilities
• Maintains the Assets Register; providing reports; ensuring asset maintenance; and the currency and
validity of maintenance agreements
• Monitors security and safety requirements in relation to OAG’s building and facility management
responsibilities
